1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You report the issue within 7 days of receiving the product.

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories, tags, and documentation intact.
Note: Custom-made or made-to-order furniture is not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

Change of mind or dislike for color, size, or design after delivery.

Product has been used, assembled, or damaged after delivery.

Products purchased on clearance, sale, or marked as “non-returnable”.

4. Pickup and Inspection

Once your return request is approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup.

Returned items will be inspected at our warehouse.

If the product is found to be ineligible (used/damaged), we may not issue a refund or replacement.
5. Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after product inspection.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, bank transfer).

If paid by COD, we will request your bank details for NEFT transfer.
6. Replacement Policy

If you opt for a replacement instead of a refund, we will dispatch a new item after the returned product is received and approved.

For faster processing, you may be asked to share photos or videos of the issue before scheduling pickup.
7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our team.

After this window, orders are moved into processing and may not be canceled.
